For those quieter moments we also have a book exchange and a computer with internet access you’re free to use.

We have a licensed shop which sells food including local produce such as venison from wild red deer on Alvie Estate, Alvie strawberries and raspberries, a range of everyday items, toiletries, toys, camping accessories and different sizes of camping gas bottles.
There’s a wide range of activities available on site, which you can book at the shop. You can also buy fishing licences for the river Spey, loch Alvie and Loch Insh here.
We also have a washing facility block with laundry , showers toilets and dishwashing facilities, plus we have a play park on site for kids to enjoy.
We have recently refurbished our central shower block, which now has the luxury of underfloor heating. There are separate toilets and washing facilities for men and women, a disabled toilet and wet room, baby changing areas, a dishwashing area you can use if you’re camping and a laundrette with washers and dryers.
We have a drive through area where you can dispose of chemical waste and refill the water in your caravan or tourer. This is also available for a nominal fee to those not staying at the site.
For children we have a safely enclosed play area with picnic tables. Dogs are welcome in most parts of the park but we ask that you keep your dog on a lead while you’re in the park grounds.
You can see lots of wildlife around the park, including red squirrels and roe deer. We also sell squirrel food, which you can use at one of our squirrel feeding stations around the park. There’s a feeding station just opposite the shop so you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the veranda and watch the red squirrels enjoy their food!
Off-season long-stay touring pitches
We have a small number of touring pitches we let out during the off-season (usually from the end of September to the end of April). These are ideal for skiers and snowboarders in the winter months.
We let these for three months at a time for £160.00 per calendar month, excluding electricity, which we charge monthly, based on your usage. Because these pitches are highly sought after we often have a waiting list for them so do get in touch early if you’re interested in one.
Caravan and motorhome storage
We have a small number of storage spaces on site for caravans and motorhomes. The charge for this is £50 per calendar month.
