Our friendly staff are here to help you every day of the week, all year round. As well as greeting you when you arrive we’ll help you discover all the fantastic things there are to do in the area.
For those quieter moments we also have a book exchange and a computer with internet access you’re free to use.

Shop
Our licensed shop sells a selection local produce including wild venison from Alvie Estate, a range of everyday items, camping accessories and camping gas.
Fishing permits can also be purchased from the shop for Loch Insh, Loch Alvie and the river Spey.
Alvie Forest Food
Our takeaway kitchen launched in July this year as a way to share seasonal ingredients foraged, grown and reared on Alvie & Dalraddy Estates. Our chefs create contemporary street food dishes alongside the classic favourites- everything is cooked to order. The Forest Food kitchen is located at the entrance to the holiday park and is well worth a visit during your stay.

Washing
We have two wash blocks on the holiday park. Our central wash block includes toilet and shower facilities, a disabled toilet and wet room, dishwashing space and a laundrette with washers and dryers.
We have a drive through area where you can dispose of chemical waste and refill the water in your caravan or tourer. This is also available for a nominal fee to those not staying at the site.
Outside facilities
For children we have a safely enclosed play area with picnic tables. Dogs are welcome in most parts of the park but we ask that you keep your dog on a lead while you’re in the park grounds.
You can see lots of wildlife around the park, including red squirrels and roe deer. We also sell squirrel food, which you can use at one of our squirrel feeding stations around the park. There’s a feeding station just opposite the shop so you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the veranda and watch the red squirrels enjoy their food!
Off-season long-stay touring pitches
We have a small number of touring pitches we let out during the off-season (usually from the end of September to the end of April). These are ideal for skiers and snowboarders during the winter months.
Please contact our office to enquire- dhp@alvie-estate.co.uk
Caravan and motorhome storage
We have a small number of storage spaces on site for caravans and motorhomes. The charge for this is £50 per calendar month.
